Minimal HTML Form Example

The most simple of HTML forms can work with FormJam.

Simply set your form action to your FormJam Action URL, method="POST", and you're done!

Naturally, we don't recommend you use this exactly as-is, but it shows how simple creating a contact form can (and should) be. You can also use this as a starting point and add your own styles.
